For Captains, the company collects this data when the app is running on the front of the mobile device (when the app is open and visible on the screen). For passengers, the company collects this data when the app is launched in the mobile device. Passengers may use the Application without allowing the Company to collect location data from mobile devices. However, this may affect some features available in the app. For example, a user who did not allow the application to collect location data would have to enter their address manually.

Transaction-related information: We collect transaction information related to the use of our services, including the type of services requested or provided, order details, delivery information, date and time of service provision, amount charged, mileage, and payment method.
